We have extensive experience in corporate law matters, and can advise on all of the following:

• Business and share sale and purchases, including advising on the due diligence process (i.e. the pre-purchase legal audit of the business), preparation and negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement and ancillary documentation, and dealing with post completion matters.
• Establishing companies, including registering the company, putting in place its directors and shareholders, and drafting bespoke constitutional documents if necessary.
• Preparing and negotiating shareholder and partnership agreements.
• General corporate governance matters, such as share issues and transfers, and the appointment and removal of directors.
